Can I have a friend or a colleague of mine attend an activity I originally booked under my name? I couldn't make it on the activity date and won't be able to re-book a different time either so I'm thinking of giving it as a gift to a friend instead. Is that possible?

Yes, that is possible! As long as you let us know via email or phone prior to the start of the activity we'll immediately reach out to our partner and let them know that someone else will be attending in your place. If there's any special circumstances preventing our partner from allowing this, we'll notify you immediately.
